Here is some information about me I think you ought to know:
My name is Sofia Hussain, I am 21 years old and currently studying Forensic Science at the University of Bedfordshire.
I have been wanting to start a blog for sometime now and now that Summer is underway I thought it would be a perfect time to start.
Im going to try and post at least once a week. My main theme for this blog is Health and Lifestyle. So anything from writing about my favourite restaurant and days out too my healthy smoothies and exercise regimes.
